Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the Amazing Deals India marketplace. Product-specific, seller-specific and transaction-specific terms shown before purchase also form part of the applicable transaction.
Last updated: 31 August 2026
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Amazing Deals India (ADI), creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy and any product-specific terms displayed before purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Marketplace model
ADI operates a marketplace that enables independent sellers to list and sell products to buyers. Unless a listing expressly identifies ADI as the seller, the seller named on the product or order record is responsible for the product, its lawful source, authenticity, description, warranty obligations and seller-side compliance.
ADI provides marketplace technology, payment coordination, customer support, trust and safety controls and logistics coordination where offered. Nothing in these Terms removes any responsibility imposed on ADI or a seller by applicable consumer law.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering the relevant transaction under applicable law. If you use ADI on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you are authorised to do so.
You are responsible for keeping account credentials, one-time codes and devices secure and for providing accurate account, delivery and payment information. Notify ADI promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Listings, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images, specifications, condition, stock, seller details, return eligibility, delivery estimates and other listing information may be supplied by sellers and are subject to validation and marketplace controls. Sellers must keep listing information accurate and not misleading.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, discounts, coupons or other charges are shown in the order flow where applicable. A displayed product does not guarantee continued stock or acceptance of an order.
5. Orders and contract formation
An order request is subject to payment authorisation, stock confirmation, fraud and compliance checks and seller fulfilment readiness. An order may be cancelled where payment fails, stock is unavailable, a listing is materially incorrect, delivery is not serviceable, fraud is suspected or law requires cancellation.
Order, payment and shipment status shown in the buyer account or confirmed by ADI controls over preliminary browser messages or abandoned checkout states.
6. Payments
Payments may be processed through authorised payment service providers. You authorise the collection and processing of transaction information necessary to complete the payment, issue refunds and manage disputes. ADI will not ask you to share passwords, card PINs or one-time codes through informal support channels.
7. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return and refund rights are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy and the product-specific return information displayed on the product and order pages. A product marked non-returnable remains subject to remedies required by law for matters such as wrong, damaged, defective, counterfeit or materially misdescribed goods.
8. Reviews, uploads and user content
You may submit reviews, photos, questions or other content only when you have the right to do so. Content must not be unlawful, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, infringing, manipulative or unrelated to the marketplace experience. ADI may moderate or remove content that violates law, these Terms or platform integrity rules.
You retain ownership of your content, but grant ADI a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, display and use it as reasonably necessary to operate, improve and promote the marketplace, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property law.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, payment abuse, fake orders, collusion, review manipulation or misuse of promotions.
- Attempting to bypass security, access another person's account, scrape restricted data, inject malicious code or interfere with ADI systems.
- Listing, buying or facilitating prohibited, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe or unlawfully sourced goods.
- Using buyer or seller data for spam, harassment or purposes unrelated to the permitted marketplace transaction.
10. Intellectual property
ADI's name, branding, software, interfaces, original content and marketplace design are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party trademarks, product images and seller content remain the property of their respective owners. No licence is granted except as necessary to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
11. Suspension and enforcement
ADI may restrict a listing, transaction or account where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or policy violations, comply with law, respond to a regulator or court, or preserve platform security. Where appropriate, users will be informed of material restrictions and available review or grievance channels.
12. Consumer rights and warranties
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or other applicable Indian law. Product warranties, guarantees and after-sales commitments offered by a seller or manufacturer remain enforceable according to their terms and applicable law.
13. Service availability and liability
ADI works to keep the marketplace available and accurate but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from events beyond reasonable control. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Changes to these Terms
ADI may update these Terms prospectively when services, policies or legal requirements change. The current version will be published here with its last-updated date. Changes do not retroactively remove completed-order rights.
15. Governing law and grievance redressal
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Statutory consumer forums, regulators and courts retain the jurisdiction given to them by law. Before escalating a marketplace complaint, you may contact ADI through the Grievance Redressal process or email contact@amazingdealsindia.com.
